By season 5 I got really tired of all the drama with love affairs and ocassional scenes of unbridled violence between Jack and Sawyer ( thinly veiling their true feelings for each other). I did not want to believe it when I first watched the show in 2010 but the second time around it became painfully obvious that there was no clear idea originally and "we make up as we go along" became the key articstic tool of the writers.
